About Lian

Lian began her professional journey in the insurance industry after graduating from Bryant University in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in actuarial science. During her 2.5 years in the field, she developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills, but soon realized that her true passion lies in helping others.

This realization led her to transition into higher education, where she could combine her communication skills and educational background to support students in achieving their personal and professional goals. As a former Transfer Admissions Officer at the University of Bridgeport, she gained valuable experience in guiding students through the critical transitions of pursuing a degree. Outside of work, she enjoy biking, hiking, running and spending time with her 3 furry friends. Helping others grow and thrive - is what motivates her every day!
