About Kristina
Kristina is an occupational therapy practitioner and educator who has served the profession for over 12 years. Kristina received her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2009 from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT and her Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University in 2017. In 2014, Kristina was invited to participate in AOTA鈥檚 Cultivating Your Power & Influence: The AOTA Leadership Development Program for Managers. She currently serves as the Treasurer of the Connecticut Occupational Therapy Association. Kristina has worked with older adults in several practice settings including skilled nursing, long term care, and homecare and has several years of experience in leadership and management, serving as the Director of Rehab in skilled nursing facility. She also served as part-time faculty at Quinnipiac University where she taught lectures and labs. Kristina is passionate about the advancement of occupational therapy and the promotion of quality of life and well-being for all populations, especially the older adult population.
