About Karina
Originally from Provo, Utah, Karina earned her degree in Hospitality Management with an emphasis in Event Planning from Utah Valley University. She later pursued a Master鈥檚 in Public Administration from Southern Utah University. In 2024, she joined the University of New Haven鈥檚 Office of Undergraduate Admissions as an Assistant Director of Events.
With experience in both the public and private sectors of event planning, Karina discovered a deep passion for creating community-centered events that leave a lasting impact. She's dedicated to crafting memorable, high-impact experiences that inspire and connect people. She's excited to apply her skills and knowledge to support students and their families in discovering more about the University of New Haven鈥檚 community-focused campus.
