I have served as Special Assistant, Legal and Economic Advisor to The Honorable Robert Davis, a President Reagan appointee at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, an attorney in private practice, and in various senior executive positions such as Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and General Counsel for domestic and international technology firms. Currently, I serve as an Administrative and Regulatory Affairs officer for a software publisher involved in information security and encryption, and provide information technology, security, and privacy related services. I have recognized industry expertise in the areas of administrative and financial operations, compliance and data privacy, corporate law and governance, licensing of intellectual property.
